Howe had an outstanding freshman season as she earned All-Conference and All-Freshman honors at the 2007 Atlantic Sun Conference Championship, she completed the 5k course with a time of 19:08...at the JSU Season Opener came in second place as she posted a time of 11 minutes flat in the 3k...also came in second place in the 5k at the Mercer Atlanta Invitational (20:24.72)...came in fourth place at the Disney World Cross Country Classic with a time of 18:06.45...ran the 5k in 19:21.88 for seventh place at the GSU Invitational...posted a season best time at the Auburn Tiger Invitational with a time of 17:45.69.

Prep Career
Comes to Kennesaw State after finishing her prep career at Oconee High School where she competed in both cross country and track...one of the top runners in her region for cross country and track in 2006...finished second in the Georgia State Track Championships for the 5k as a senior...is the record holder for Oconee HS in the one mile and two mile races, breaking both on the same day of competition.
