2005 Season: Ran in five of the Owls' six races as a sophomore...posted a time of 20:11 at the Crimson Classic Invitational on September 17...ran a season-best time of 19:23 at the Auburn Invitational on October 8.

2004 Season: Competed in three meets during her freshman season...had her lowest finish as she placed 22nd with a time of 22:09 at the Mercer Invitational on September 17...crossed the line in 37th place with a time of 16:58 in her first collegiate rache at the Georgia State Invitational on September 11.

Prep Career: Barbara came to Kennesaw State after a successful prep career at North Gwinnett High School...ran both track and field and cross country all four years...finished in the top 20 at the Cross Country Regionals as a senior...wo the Bulldog Award and the Most Improved Running Award during her sneior season.

Personal: Was born Barbara Garner in Buford, Georgia...is the daughter of Thomas and Regina Garner...is the twin sister of fellow KSU athlete Kim Garner...Barbara is majoring in Exercise and Health Science.
