German started off the season by completing the 3k race at the JSU Opener in 11:43 for seventh place...finished the 5k at the Mercer Atlanta Invitational with a time of 22:06.36 for seventh place...came in 19th at the GSU Invitational with a time of 20:33.35...posted a time of 19:43.88 at the Disney World Cross Country Classic...had her season best run at the JSU Foothills Invite as she ran 18:59 for ninth place...posted a time of 20:01.23 at the Auburn Tiger Invitational...completed the 5k course at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship with a time of 20:01.

2006 Season
Competed in all seven meets for the Owls during her freshman season...finished 13th at the 2006 Mercer Invitational with a time of 22:45...posted a time of 20:34.23 for the 5k at the Crimson Classic...finished with a time of 21:53 at the Furman Invitational...had her season-best run at the Gardner Webb XC Duals with a time of 16:48 for the 4k event...finished 51st at the 2006 A-Sun Conference Championships with a time of 21:35.

Prep Career
Caitlin had a stellar prep career at Milton HS in both cross country and track...was the 2003 Fulton County Cross Country Champion...broke the school record in the mile, 800-meter run and 4x1600-meter run...competed in the in the 800-meter run at the Georgia High School Track and Field Championships three out of four years.
