KENNESAW, Ga.--Last Saturday, the Kennesaw State volleyball team held its first post-match kids' clinic in program history. Youth volleyball players from St. Joseph's Catholic School, ranging in ages from 4-12, came out to cheer on the Owls and take part in the clinic. During the clinic, youth players worked one-on-one with the Owls covering a variety of basic skills that culminated in a scrimmage-like drill where the Owls played in groups with the girls.

Following the clinic, each of the participants received a team autographed mini-volleyball.

"It was a pleasure for us to be able to work with this group of kids," said KSU head volleyball coach Valerie Jones. "Our players really enjoyed the opportunity. We look forward to doing clinics like this again in the future."

More kids clinics are in the works with the other Kennesaw State teams. For more information, check the promotions page of KSUOwls.com.
