Placed fourth in the javelin at FSU with a distance of 93-09.0ft... took sixth place in the javelin at the UGA Bulldog Limited with a distance of 82.04.0ft

2007 Season
Steinmetz placed 4th in Javelin at FSU Twilight with a throw of 94 feet.

Prep Career
Steinmetz comes to Kennesaw State after four years at the Walker School...competed in track, basketball, softball and cross country during high school...as a sprinter/hurdler, her personal best for the 100 meter hurdles is 18.5...her personal best for the 400m race is 64 seconds flat...an all around athlete Steinmetz will be competing in women's pentathlon and javelin this season.
