Enjoyed a successful career at Shaw High school...was a First Team All-Georgia AAA selection in her senior season and was an Honorable Mention all-state selection in her junior year...was an three-year All- Bi-City selection and was the 2006-07 Bi-City Player of the Year...selected to represent the South squad in the 2007 GACA All-Star Game...batted .436 in her senior season with five home runs and 24 runs batted in...finished her final prep season with a .703 slugging percentage and a .555 on-base mark...hit the first grand slam in the history of Shaw softball...led Shaw to an undefeated sectional by hitting .667 (10-for-15) with a home run against Hardaway HS...also pitched during her senior season, recording a 14-10 record with an impressive 0.60 ERA...allowed just 78 hits and had 178 strikeouts in 163 innings pitched.
