Appeared in 26 games and started in 19...started mostly at second base, getting 12 starts, also started four games as designated hitter and three games at third base...began the season slowly at the plate, going 1-for-14 in her first six games...then hit safely in 12 of her next 14 games, raising her average from .071 to a season-high .283 on March 18...had a pair of four game hitting streaks during the season...hit .500 (6-for-12) over a four-game stretch from March 4-10 where she drove in six runs and scored four runs...also had a four-game hitting streak from March 15-18...went 5-for-13 (.385) with two doubles, four RBI and three runs scored...had a pair of multi-hit games, both coming against Furman...had her best game of the season against the Palladins (3/9) when she had three-hits including her only home run of the season in a 19-3 KSU win...also drove in four runs and scored twice... went 2-for-4 with three runs batted in and a run scored in a 16-5 win over Furman (3/15) in South Carolina...game against the Palladins (3/9) when she also drove in four runs and scored twice...had her first Kennesaw State hit against Georgia Tech when she doubled in a 5-4 Owls win (2/18).
Prep Career
Was a three-year starter at Cape Henlopen High School...is the first ever KSU player from the state of Delaware...was a three-time All-Conference selection...hit two homeruns and drove in five runs against Woodbridge.
