2006 Season: Appeared in 35 games and made 29 starts...made 25 starts as designated hitter...had her first collegiate hit when she singled against Texas El-Paso (3/12)...she then hit safely in nine of her next 11 games...twice had four-game hitting streaks...began her first streak with back-to-back two-hit games against Jacksonville (3/24) and North Florida (3/26)...had a double in the second game of the doubleheader against UNF to continue the streak...the extra base hit was the third consecutive game in which she hit a double...saw the streak end in the second game of a doubleheader at Florida Atlantic (4/1)...hit her first college home run against Gardner-Webb (4/8)...hit a three-run homer against Stetson (4/15)...pitched in nine games and started in six...picked up a win in her collegiate debut as she threw 3.2 relief innings during a 6-3 win over Georgia Southern (2/11)...picked up a win as a starter, throwing five innings of three-hit ball in an 8-3 win over Alcorn State (3/10) in which she struck out a career-high three batters. Prep Career: Four-year starter and three-time state champion at Berea HS...gave up only four hits and struck out ten in the 2005 championship game against Brookland-Cayce...pitched back-to-back complete games against AC Flora to win the Class AAA Upper State title...was a Third Team NFCA All-American as a junior and was a two-time team MVP...named the Western I-AAA Player of the Year.
