2008 Season
After red-shirting in 2007, Staci Pugh regained her position as the Owls starting goalkeeper, starting in 19 games and playing 1,676 minutes... picked up an assist in the Owls 3-1 win over Jackson State in the second game of the season (8/29)... posted a season high 10 saves at Wofford (9/14)... finished the season with a 4-4-4 mark, recorded three shutouts and tallied 80 saves and allowed 21 goals... finished 6th in the Atlantic Sun Conference in save percentage and total saves... was named the A-Sun Defender-of-the-Week for the week of Oct. 6.

2006 Season
In her freshman season, Pugh played in and started all 17 games and 1600 minutes in goal for the Owls and earned Atlantic Sun All-Freshman team honors... she finished fifth in the NCAA in two categories, goals against average (0.36) and save percentage (.906)... her Atlantic Sun regular season record 12 shut-outs were the seventh most in the nation... named the Atlantic Sun Player of the Week after posting three straight shut-outs (9/11)... led the conference in shutouts and goals against average...allowed just eight goals during the season... her eight goals against and 59 saves stand second and third best, respectively, for a single season at KSU...recorded her first shutout in her first collegiate game against Georgia State (8/25)... made five saves in a 3-1 loss to nationally ranked Florida (8/27)... posted a season-best eight saves in the Owls' 3-1 win over Jacksonville (9/28).
Prep Career
Played her prep soccer at Fayette County High School where she led her team to the state quarterfinals last season... was the top goalkeeper in region 4-AAAAA, leading the league with a 1.00 goals against average...posted eight shutouts last season including back-to-back shutouts in the first two rounds of the playoffs... was a two-time All-Region 4-AAAAA selection in both her junior and senior years...was also a First Team All-Fayette/Cowetta Area selection in 2006... was a three-year varsity letter winner and was a starter in her junior and senior seasons... earned team Most Valuable Defensive Player honors in 2005 and 2006... in her junior year she did not allow a goal in five region games including a blanking of state powerhouse, Newnan...played her club ball for AFC Lightning...posted three consecutive shutouts in the 2006 Georgia State Cup... defeated Atlanta Fire United 89 Elite, (1-0) CGSA Shockers 88 Blue (3-0) and Kennesaw FC Raptors (5-0).
