2008 Season
In her third season with the Owls, Caroline Austin played in 20 and started the final 17 games of the season... tallied assists in eight different games including a team season high of three assists in the Owls, 3-1, win over Furman (9/12)... scored her first goal of her collegiate career, a penalty kick, against North Florida (10/5)... led KSU with 10 assists and was fifth on the team in points with 12... was named to the Academy Sports Shootout All-Tournament Team... helped the Owls lead the Atlantic Sun Conference in assists (59) and assists per game (2.95)... led the conference in assists and assists per game... finished 26th in the nation in assists per game (0.50).

2007 Season
In her first playing season with the Owls, Austin played in 16 and started six games... had a shot on goal in the first game of the season in a loss to Mississippi State (8/31)... had another shot on goal in a 1-0 win over Wofford (9/28)... on October 27, Austin helped the Owls defeat Stetson 2-0 with a shot on goal.

Prep Career
Played her prep soccer at McIntosh High School where she was a four-year varsity letterwinner... was a Second Team All-Fayette/Cowetta Area Team selection in 2006... was voted team Most Valuable Player, Offensive MVP, Coaches Award and Captain's Award in her senior season... also as a senior she led her team to a state runner-up finish... in her junior season of 2005 she led her team to the Georgia AAAA State Championship and a No. 1 national ranking... had her best high school game when she scored four goals and added two assists while playing as a defender... was also a member of the state championship side in her sophomore season... is a four-year Olympic Development Program player... led her club team, PTC Lazers 88 Elite, to back-to-back state championships.
