Placed seventh in the indoor weight throw at the Tar Heel Invitational (44-01.50ft)... finished fifth at the Indoor Conference Championships in the weight throw with a distance of 50-03.25ft... set a personal best in the discus at LSU, placing sixth with a distance of 163-09.0ft... set a personal best in the hammer throw at the Conference Championships, placing sixth with a distance of 149-07.0ft.

Eric is an outstanding athlete from Collins Hill HS...he was the 2007 Georgia State Champion in discus...he was the winner of the Taco Bell Classic and the Challenge of Champions in Mobile, Al...placed eighth at the Nike Outdoor Nationals...placed 15th in the weight throw at the NSIC Indoor Nationals with a distance of 62-1.5ft...selected to the ATC All-Metro team twice...two time member of the All Gwinnet County team...received the Senior Excellence Award for his High School team.
