Preseason all-conference...Named A-Sun Pitcher of the Week for the week of May 19 after pitching 7.0 innings against Jacksonville and tying the KSU Division I school record of 13 strikeouts and recording nine of his last 12 outs via strikeout...Finished the season tied for eighth in the conference with 64 strikeouts and finished tenth with a .209 opponent batting average...Pitched three solid innings and only gave up one hit against Lipscomb on March 28 before being relieved after a one hour rain delay...Pitched a solid game against Gardner-Webb on May 2 after giving up only one run on eight hits and striking out eight (four of his final five batters) in seven innings of work...Finished first on the team in won-less percentage (.667), strikeouts per game (9.65) and second in a number of categories including ERA (4.98), wins (4), innings pitched (59.2), games started (11), opposing batting average (.269), strikeouts (64)...Was 4-2 with a 4.59 ERA against conference opponents in 51.0 innings pitched and 54 strikeouts...
